Delete Your Mauve Account

You can permanently delete your Mauve account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app (instant)

Open Mauve and go to the Profile tab
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm twice — your account and all data are permanently erased immediately

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@parityventures.app with the subject "Delete my Mauve account" from the email address registered to your account. We process deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Everything: your profile, photos, matches, messages, likes/passes, session data, and any third-party sign-in tokens (Sign in with Apple tokens are revoked with Apple). We do not retain personal data after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g., moderation reports involving safety violations) for the minimum period required by law.
